For companies

Less manual work. More control: from workflow to inspections to reporting.

We build tools tailored to the process: workflows, protocols, checklists, evidence, and KPI reports. Instead of a multi-year implementation, we launch a production version that works from day one and grows iteratively.

Business impact

Three changes that provide immediate operational impact upon rollout.

Less manual work

Reports and status updates happen inside the process.

Fewer errors

Validation + single source of truth.

Visibility

KPIs, SLAs, load and risks in one place.

Typical implementations

Common bottlenecks that quickly produce ROI.

Operations & jobs

Statuses, ownership, documents, approvals.

Inspections / quality

Checklists, protocols, evidence, audit trail.

Reporting & KPIs

SLA, trends, risks, plan vs actual.

Delivery framework

Discovery → MVP → growth. Risk and scope control.

Discovery Sprint

Process, data, UI prototype, MVP plan and success metrics.

MVP delivery

2-6 weeks: workflow + permissions + 2–3 reports + onboarding.

Growth

Retainer/packages—predictable cost and pace.

Custom doesn’t have to mean uncontrolled. You buy outcomes, clear scope, and measurable value.

What we need to respond with a plan and rough ranges in 24–48 hours

We don’t guess from a vague brief. These 4 inputs let us size an MVP and risks fast—without long workshops.

  • 2–3 screenshots of today’s process (spreadsheet, form, email flow, CRM)—how work actually happens
  • 2 examples of required reports (monthly/quarterly/board)—even if manual
  • Roles and decisions: who enters data, who approves, who owns the outcome
  • Frequency and volume: cases per month, number of users, deadlines/SLA expectations
If you don’t have screenshots, a short step-by-step description + one sample report is enough. We’ll refine the rest on the call.

Send materials — we’ll respond with MVP scope, risks, ranges and next step.

FAQ

How long does an MVP take and what do I get?
Typically 2-6 weeks. You get a working workflow, roles/permissions, and 2–3 key reports—ready to run operations, not a prototype.
Do you integrate with spreadsheets/ERP/CRM?
Yes, but we stage it. We start with value (workflow + reporting), then add integrations once ROI and the process are stable.
What happens during Discovery?
We map the process, roles, data and risks; build a quick UI prototype; and produce an MVP plan with success metrics.
What if we don’t have clear requirements?
That’s common. Two or three report examples and a few screenshots of today’s process are enough to scope the MVP.
How do contracting, invoicing and vendor due diligence work (foundation vs vendor)?
We operate as a foundation, but we contract like a standard vendor: scope, timelines, outcome ownership, IP/licensing and maintenance. If needed, we can provide a procurement/due-diligence pack.
